2. Click here to print order form.  Fill form out and drop off with cash/check (payable to OLMC) at OLMC parish office, 1531 East Grandview, Erie, PA 16510.
3. Mail your order sheet and payment to the parish office.
4. Call in your order to (814) 825-7313 and drop off payment to the parish office.

ORDER PICK-UP: at Scheffner Hall – December 9 from 3:00-5:00pm or December 10 from 8:30am-12:00pm
